Description:

A fine nineteenth century English carriage clock in a coromandel case, with pierced and engraved mask to the enamel chapter ring.  The case is veneered in coromandel wood and the twin train fusée movement has a high quality compensated platform lever escapement with strike repeat operated from the side of the case. 

John Blundell is recorded as working in London during the second quarter of the nineteenth century.
